1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the "Raising Humans in a Digital World" course (the "Course") offered by Mighty Jo LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or access the Course.

2. Course Description

The Course is an online educational program designed to provide parents with evidence-informed guidance on digital parenting topics. The Course includes video lessons, written content, interactive exercises, downloadable resources, and a certificate of completion.

3. Educational Disclaimer

This course provides educational information based on current research and clinical experience. It is not therapy, and completing it does not establish a clinical relationship. The content is general in nature and may not apply to every family's specific circumstances. If you have concerns about your child's mental health, development, or safety, please consult directly with a qualified professional in your area.

4. Purchase and Access

Upon purchase, you will receive access to the Course for 180 days from the date of enrollment. Access is granted to a single user and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. Due to the digital nature of the Course and immediate access upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please review all course information carefully before purchasing.

6. Intellectual Property

All Course content, including but not limited to text, videos, images, worksheets, and other materials, is the intellectual property of Mighty Jo LLC and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Course content without prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

Use the Course only for personal, non-commercial purposes
Not share your login credentials with others
Not attempt to download, copy, or redistribute Course content
Not use the Course content to create competing products or services

8. Privacy

Your use of the Course is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Any personal information you provide, including responses to interactive exercises, will be handled in accordance with that policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mighty Jo LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Course. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Course after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
